Assessing Students for Career Opportunities
Assessing students for career opportunities is a process of identifying possible career opportunities for them based on their personalities and skills. Our student assessment service is about helping learners who don’t know what to study identify different career opportunities within their interests. We do this through various learner assessment programs and student evaluations. Through student assessment learners can select career opportunities that matches their personalities and that could utilize the skills they already have.
Learner assessments is where our system assess learners to determine which career opportunities their personalities and skills align with as well as which they qualify for, based on their school competencies. Student evaluation is a method that we use to gather insights about the learner’s personalities, interests and skills. These services promote self-awareness in learners in terms of their career decisions. PSConnect allows learners to access all this online. We use easy to follow methods and questionnaires that learners can easily understand and use to explore career fields and subjects that are most compatible with them.
Assessing the Students
Learners will need to complete their learner assessment questionnaire so that we will be able to recommend faculties they can choose. The faculties are listed from top to bottom based on how the learners answers the questions. Student evaluation do not limit learners to choose only faculties they scored the highest. Our process of Student assessment is as follows;
- Learners will first complete a learner assessment in the form of a questionnaire;
- From the generated faculty list learners, will need to choose a faculty they are interest in;
- Learners will see all the careers under that faculty and will need to choose a career;
- Then learners will choose an academic institution;
- Then learners will choose a course,
- Then they will be able to apply
Student Assessment Benefits for Learners
Student assessment assist learners in guiding learners to choose their careers effectively. It identifies the learner’s values, interests, personalities and skills and how they can relate them to possible career opportunities.
The benefits of learners using PSConnect for student assessment is that, through our student evaluation programme, we are provided with useful information about the learners, which assists in determining their personalities and interests and which also makes the process of learner assessment faster for the learners . Learners are guaranteed that our system will offer them all the tools needed to go through the assessment, answer the questionnaires and apply to the possible institutions.

- Registered on our system
- In place of a PSConnect account
After taking our student evaluation and learner assessment questionnaires, learners can:
- complete the career questionnaire;
- choose a faculty, an academic institution and a course
- Apply to the course they are interested in.
